Nassau, Bahamas – The Bahamas Football Association (BFA) is proud to announce the final roster of the University Women’s Beach Soccer Team that will represent the Bahamas at the 2024 FISU World University Championship Beach Sports. This prestigious event will be held from September 2nd to 8th, 2024, at Botafogo Beach in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.
The Bahamas Women’s Beach Soccer Team is currently ranked 12th globally. The Bahamas University team consists of 11 players, including five with national experience. They will be one of four teams competing in the women’s beach soccer tournament, facing top university teams from around the world. This event presents a significant opportunity for the team to enhance its standing on the international stage.
Led by Head Coach Jodei Clarke, Head of Delegation Daria Adderley, and Team Manager Ariell Rolle, the roster includes a mix of experienced players and promising new talent:

- September 3, 2024: Bahamas vs. El Salvador at 11:00 AM
- September 4, 2024: Bahamas vs. Brazil at 11:00 PM
- September 5, 2024: Bahamas vs. Argentina at 11:00 PM
The FISU World University Championship Beach Sports is more than just a competition; it is a platform designed to promote university sports worldwide. It offers student-athletes a chance to compete at a high level while encouraging international cooperation and cultural exchange.
