FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
Nassau, Bahamas -The Bahamas Football Association (BFA) is excited to announce Dunkin’ as the Silver Sponsor for the BFA Youth Leagues. The 2024 season kicks off on October 5th, 2024, at 9:00 AM at Roscow A. L. Davies Field and will run through October 6th, with the finals scheduled to begin at 4:00 PM.
Dunkin’s support helps ensure that the BFA Youth Leagues continue to provide young athletes with a positive environment to grow, not only as football players but as confident, disciplined individuals. The partnership aligns with Dunkin’s commitment to youth development, with a particular emphasis on creating opportunities for girls and women in sports.
“We’re thrilled to have Dunkin’ as a Silver Sponsor for the Youth Leagues,” said Frederick Lunn, General Secretary of the BFA. “Their involvement helps us provide meaningful experiences for young players, from the first-time 3-year-olds to the seasoned 18-year-olds. These leagues are about more than football—they’re about instilling values that last a lifetime.”
The BFA Youth Leagues, which encompass age groups from U-5 to U-18, allow boys and girls to compete in structured, exciting competitions while developing important skills like teamwork, leadership, and resilience. Dunkin’ will be featured at league events, through on-site branding, promotional efforts, and community engagement initiatives.
“Supporting youth sports has always been important to Dunkin’, and we’re especially passionate about encouraging girls to get involved and stay involved in football. We’re proud to be part of this league and look forward to seeing these young athletes grow both on and off the field,” said Katherine Nelson, Dunkin’ Director of Operations.
As the Youth Leagues kick off, the BFA looks forward to another exciting season, with Dunkin’ playing a vital role in promoting football as a unifying and empowering activity for all young players.
