The Baha Boys Geared Up And Closed The Game With A 4-0 Run.
The Bahamas National Team will play for the fifth place at the World Beach Games – Qualifier El Salvador tomorrow, following a big win over US Virgin Islands today.
Despite having lost the chance to qualify for the World Beach Games, the Bahamians were really focused and determined today, and run past the Virgin Islands to show the beach soccer team they are becoming.
The 2017 World Cup hosts got an early advantage through Gary Joseph’s hit, and immediately widened the gap, with Thompson making it 2-0 before the first break.
Things would not get any easier for US Virgin Islands in the middle frame, as the Baha boys would gear up and virtually close the game with a 4-0 run. And Two goals more in the last period would confirm the Bahamian cruise to the win today.
