The Bahamas senior men’s national soccer team player Marcel Joseph has signed a contract to play for Club Atletic Oradea in Oradea, Bihor County in Romania.
Joseph, who made it official a week ago, is already in Romania. The team plays in Liga IV, the fourth highest soccer league in Romania. He said he is happy to be a part of the squad.
“It’s a dream come true to compete in such a passionate and vibrant league,” Joseph said. “Romania has welcomed me with open arms, and I’m grateful for the opportunity to learn and grow as a player here. The competition is fierce, the culture is rich, and I’m constantly challenged and inspired by my teammates and opponents.”
