Julio Jemison earned the title of best coach while exemplifying commitment to his players. He saw the possibilities of what they can accomplish, rather than what they previously accomplished. He saw the potential of his players and helped to maximize it. He wanted his players to be nothing but the best, and even though they did not win the league, they received the best coaching advice throughout it all. Coaches are the backbone of all teams and Julio Jemison made sure that, that backbone was extremely steady.
